Grattan Deaths Considered Suspicious

Sheriff Department investigating

Kent County Sheriffs Department deputies reported Tuesday, March17, an investigation of the suspicious deaths of two individuals in Grattan Township. Two people were found dead in their residence at approximately 3:30 p.m. Investigators from the sheriff’s office were on the scene Tuesday afternoon and were in the process of obtaining a search warrant.

According to Lt. Kevin Kelly, “This investigation is in its infancy. Information will be disseminated to the media as it becomes available.” The names of the individuals were not released as of press time Tuesday.
