Rockford High School’s girls varsity tennis team made it a clean sweep at an invitational hosted by the Grant High School Tigers on Saturday, April 18, by taking first place in every flight. The event also featured teams from West Catholic and Manistee high schools.
The Rams also won their first three matches, topping Muskegon High School 8-0, East Kentwood High School 6-2, and Grand Rapids Christian High School 8-0. This week’s schedule includes matches with Grandville (home), Hudsonville and West Catholic (home) high schools, all beginning at 4 p.m., as well as an invitational hosted by Forest Hills Eastern High School.
