Sports physicals to be offered

Sports physicals will be offered for Rockford athletes as follows:

•      Wednesday, June 3 at North Rockford Middle School, beginning
       at 2:30 p.m.
•      Thursday, June 4 at Rockford High School, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
•      Friday, June 5 at East Rockford Middle School, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

The cost is $20, with checks payable to Rockford Athletics. Physical cards must be completed and signed by the athlete and their parent prior to the physical. Forms are available at all secondary schools in the district. Physicals must be dated after April 15, 2009, and must be on file prior to participating in any sport for the 2009-10 school year.
