Rockford National competes in District 9 Little League Tournament

SP-RLLOut of 40 teams in the District 9 Little League Tournament, Rockford National went 4-0 in pool play, qualifying for bracket play—with the top 16 teams remaining in the tournament. In bracket play, Rockford lost to Zeeland 13-1, beat Southern East 10-3, and lost to Southern West 14-4.

“These kids [ages 9 to 10] have played great, and have represented Rockford baseball with enthusiasm,” said Assistant Coach Jon Barton.
