Rockford grads treated to picnic before big game

Graduates of Rockford High School were given a free hotdog and beverage before the first varsity home football game last Thursday, September 3. Families made a day of the event, which began at 5 p.m. Giveaways from area visitors, mascots, and perfect weather made the family event a great way to kickoff the football season. Families brought blankets and enjoyed the class reunion picnic organized by Rockford Community Services.
