Season of festivities underway in Rockford

Rockford’s mayor and mayor pro-tem and State Representative Tom Pearce all spoke before a crowd of hundreds Wednesday, November 18, kicking off the holiday season with the fourth annual lighting ceremony in downtown Rockford.
