Anna Kathleen “Kassi” Dodd and Jacob Thomas Rigney were married on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, in Indianapolis, Ind. The civil ceremony was performed by Judge Michelle Scott.

Kassi is the daughter of the late Howard and Donna Dodd of Rockford. She received her doctorate in jurisprudence from Southern Illinois University in 2004.

Jacob is the son of Jamie and Joseph Rigney of Rushville, Ind. He received his doctorate in jurisprudence from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002.

Kassi and Jake met while working as Marion County Indiana deputy prosecutors. The couple is currently residing on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
