Rockford Chamber of Commerce 2010 Scholarship information available

Rockford Chamber of Commerce (RCC) Scholarship packets are now available at the Rockford High School counseling offices or you may download the application and appropriate information from the RCC website at www.rockfordmichamber.com/events.php.

Applicants must be a high school graduate of the 2009-2010 school year and live and attend public or private high school within Algoma, Cannon, Courtland or Plainfield townships or the City of Rockford.

The essay question this year is: “If you were the governor of Michigan, what steps would you take to help keep Michigan’s talent from leaving the state?”

Completed applications are due into the RCC offices on or before Monday, Feb. 1, 2010. For more information, contact the RCC office at (616) 866-2000.
