Darolyn Mogg and her husband Brian filled out many giveaway slips at the Rockford Community Expo last March, never expecting to actually win anything. Then they received an e-mail from Brad Carey of Brad’s Window Cleaning, telling them they had won an interior/exterior window cleaning package with an estimated prize value of over $250.
“I have never had my windows professionally cleaned before.
