Local chiropractor collecting for servicemen and women

Vorpi Chiropractic is collecting items for two of our local service folks who are serving over in the “Big Sand Box.” A few items that they are requesting are regular Slim Jims, cherry Chapstick, small hand lotions, DVDs, books (mystery, sci-fi and comedies), magazines, microwave kettle corn popcorn, drink packets for water, Cherry Pull ‘n Peel Twizzlers, baby wipes, regular Jolly Ranchers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, plain ground coffee (not flavored), and instant hot cocoa packets. Please drop off any of these items at the Vorpi Chiropractic office this week and they will get them shipped overseas.

The chiropractic office also has beautiful glass ornaments for sale ($15) that are a benefit for Women at Risk International. Ninety percent of the sale price goes to help empower women at risk of slavery and human trafficking.

Vorpi Chiropractic P.C. is located at 11741 Cedar Rock Drive NE in Rockford.
