RockFit will offer one-on-one personal training, small group membership and gym memberships. Gym memberships will be available beginning April 9. Hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday 3 to 9 p.m., Friday from 7 to 11 a.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. During the open house, healthy fare was provided by The SCORE Restaurant and Sports Bar.
