Hots N Brats Night—at the Ted Carlson Memorial Stadium, behind the home bleachers. Enjoy hot dogs, brats, munchies, desserts, beverages photos with your favorite varsity Ram (4:45–5:30 p.m.), and watch a Ram varsity practice (5:40–6:50 p.m.). Cookout begins at 6:50 p.m. There will also be a huge door prize giveaway from local merchants! Everyone is welcome.

Rockford Farm Market—8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through October 29 in the South Squires Street parking lot, off Main St., downtown Rockford, featuring Michigan-grown produce, fresh baked goods, flowers, plants and much more.

Sunday, August 21

Roast Beef Dinner—11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Rockford Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3946, 4195 13 Mile Road, Rockford. Cost is $8 for adults; $3.50 for children. “The best dinner in town” will be prepared by the Post’s chef Fred Chambers. Take-outs and deliveries are available. Rockford Lions Club Meeting—6 p.m. social, 6:30 dinner and 7 p.m. meeting at the Community Cabin, 220 N. Monroe St., Rockford. Meetings held every second and fourth Thursday of each month.

Country Music—9:30 to 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday at Rockford Ambulance Community Center, corner of 10 Mile Road and Shaner Avenue in Rockford. Music by the Rogue River Band. Enjoy free coffee, tea and snacks.

Multiple Sclerosis Support Group—6 to 7:30 p.m. at Spectrum Health United Hospital, 407 S. Nelson, Greenville, offered by United Lifestyles. The group meets the fourth Thursday of every month.
