“More Business of Being Born” Film Screening—6 to 9 p.m. at 49 Bridge Street, downtown Rockford, presented by Your Home Birth and Simply Chiropractic. This is a screening of the first two parts in the film series. Follow Executive Producer Ricki Lake and Director Abby Epstein to the Farm Community in Summertown, Tenn., where pioneer midwife Ina May Gaskin talks candidly about the latest birth trends. Also featured will be celebrity moms Laila Ali, Michelle Alves, Gisele Bundchen, Sarah Wayne Callies, Cindy Crawford, Alyson Hannigan, Melissa Joan Hart, Kellie Martin, Alanis Morissette, Molly Ringwald, Christy Turlington-Burns and Kimberly Williams-Paisley with riveting testimonies speaking to the power of the birth experience, whether they worked with midwives and/or obstetricians.
