Chandler offers readers Partridge in a Pear Tree for holidays

Chandler Woods Charter Academy shares this holiday vision with readers of The Rockford Squire. It is the school's version of the traditional Partridge in a Pear Tree, second-grade student Ralph Partridge. Partridge climbed up into the branches of this tree, which is in fact a real pear tree, to provide the photo op. "The pears were left over from the lunch program to give an added effect," noted Kim Bryant, admissions representative at Chandler.
