Provided by a partnership between Our Lady of Consolation Parish and God’s Kitchen, a program of Catholic Charities West Michigan.

Rockford Lions Club Meeting—6 p.m. social, 6:30 dinner and 7 p.m. meeting at the Community Cabin, 220 N. Monroe St., Rockford. Meetings held every second and fourth Thursday of each month.

Cavin Fever 2012—doors open at 7 p.m. The Outervibe plays at 8 p.m., at American Legion Post 102, 330 Rockford Park Dr. (Northland Drive between 11 Mile and 12 Mile roads), Rockford. Open to the public, ages 21 and older. Get out your Hawaiian and grass skirts! Prizes for “best” attire. Proceeds to benefit ongoing American Legion veterans’ activities.
