Local students share love of reading

A second-grade student from Mrs. Linsley’s class at Parkside Elementary School shares a book with a student from Mrs. Behrenwald’s preschool class.

To celebrate March is Reading Month, the students at Parkside Elementary School visit the preschool classes in the Community Education building. The students from Parkside share their love of reading with the young students by getting to know them, reading to them, giving them books that were written by Parkside students, and sharing a snack. This is one of the highlights of the month for all students involved.
