Glenn Meyers and Jeff DeRegnaucourt, both of Rockford, went to Springfield, Illinois September 23 to compete in the archery qualification match for the 2013 Senior Olympic Games in Cleveland, Ohio. Despite strong winds both made the cut, Meyers with a gold medal in the Male Recurve Division and DeRegnaucourt took silver in the Male Compound Division.

The 2013 Senior Olympic Games will take place in Cleveland, Ohio. The archery venue will be in the Cleveland Browns football stadium.

Glenn and Jeff are two of the twelve Certified Community Archery Coaches at the West Michigan Archery Center which will be built in the Art Van Sports Complex on 10 Mile Road in Rockford. Good luck Glenn and Jeff, go for the gold!
