Rockford residents take Squire on mission trip

Members of a local youth group are pictured at Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. “We are holding a copy of the Squire at the entrance of the university,” explained Bill VanHorn. “Our youth group was on a mission trip and stayed at the school for a week while we painted or repaired houses for the needy in that area. We were 11 of the more than 300 students there from all over the United States working with Group Workcamps the week of June15-22. We had a great time serving others in the name of Christ.”
