Squire makes it to the top of the mountain—in duplicate

Lynn Blakeslee and friends took their local paper on a recent trip up Mt. Washington on the Appalachia Trail. “We spent four days hiking and three nights staying in huts on the trail,” she said. “When we reached the high point we discovered we both had prepared for the same idea of checking out what was going on at home in the weekly edition of the Squire!” Pictured is Lynn with friends Ken and Mary.
