Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor

I want to thank a young man who recently offered his help. I am in my 80s and was visiting Dr. Mette’s office in downtown Rockford. I had my walker, but fell. This young man, obviously from Rockford, ran up to me from out of nowhere asking if I was alright. I knew he was from Rockford because he was wearing black and orange. He put my walker into the back seat of my car, and picked me up, all the time asking if I was sure I was okay. I just want to say thank you to him from the bottom of my heart!
