Reader has issue with zombie re-animation

Dear Editor

It saddens and disgusts me to be a member of a community that has regressed back to days of racism and sexist pigs, undoing the work of Martin Luther King and Susan B. Anthony.

In response to your article on page 11 of last Thursday’s paper, I would have you know that becoming a zombie is not a choice or a lifestyle, anymore than choosing which country you were born in. Because we don’t understand their language or customs is not a reason to annihilate them. Given the chance, they may become productive members of our community. They could be used for menial tasks like decorating the city for holidays, or leaf and snow removal.

We must give zombies a chance, and we should not stand for government sponsored racism!!

Signed,

Andy Mauric
