Alma May Malfroid, age 80, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Alma was a long time employee of Michigan Tag Company. Alma is survived by her son, Mark Malfroid (Erin MacGregor); her daughter, Kathy (Michael) Krenz; her grandsons, Daniel Krenz, David Krenz and granddaughter, Elisabeth Krenz; her brothers, William (Janis) Parris and Russ Parris. Alma was a caring and giving person and will be missed by her friends and family. The family would like to thank the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans for their special care. Funeral services were 11:00 am Monday, January 7 at Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 1601 Post Dr. NE.
