On your five year anniversary

It’s been too many tears, I can’t explain how we feel.

You have been gone so long sometimes it doesn’t seem real.

Your friends tell me what a good friend they had.

They have tears in their eyes for they are also sad.

I can’t replace you but I hold you in a special place,

But in my mind’s eye, I can still see your face.

You stood by your friends in time of trouble and stood by us, too,

For this we remember and will never forget you.

So my son with all the love I have and your

family has we thank God for giving you to us.

I’ll join you in heaven someday, just wait and see.

Love, Mom and your family
