Ruth Gaudard from AT&T presented the Peterson Family and some of the directors of VFM with a check for $5,000.  This makes AT&T the “ACE” sponsor for the 7th annual Volley for Mitchell charity and volleyball tournament.

“AT&T has been so generous. This is two years in a row that AT&T had been our main or ACE sponsor!” said Pete MacGregor, one of three co-founders of VFM.

This year’s tournament is Saturday, August 3 at North Rockford Middle School (youth brackets) and The Score Restaurant and Sports Bar (adult brackets).

To register for the volleyball tournament go to www.VolleyForMitchell.org and download an entry form, and mail it in.  Entry forms are needed by July 31.
