Tracie Rich, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX United, was recently named to REAL Trends ranking of “Best Agents in America” for individual real estate sales. The report, released on July 9th, listed the top producing individual real estate agents and agent teams in the nation and by region and metro market area.

More than 6,500 agents participated in the “Best Real Estate Agents in America” report. It is an outgrowth of the REAL Trends & The Wall Street Journal report “The Thousand,” which ranks the most productive 1,000 agents in the nation. Agents who made “The Thousand” are also included in the “Best” rankings.

Tracie was ranked as the number two top producing individual agent in the Grand Rapids/Wyoming metro area with 78 residential transaction sides for 2012 and the only Rockford area Realtor named to the list.

“The real estate market began to improve in 2010 and is firmly in recovery mid-way through 2013 and that has certainly contributed to my production as well as all of our RE/MAX United agents, said Rich. It’s nice to be recognized, obviously, though a lot of the credit goes to the Rockford community that supported our new business and chose to trust a local business person with a very important part of their life – buying or selling a home.”

Even more remarkable was Tracie achieved the ranking while opening the new RE/MAX United brokerage in downtown Rockford last year along with her husband and business partner Tom Rich. “That was quite busy time getting the business open and juggling all of the building improvements and bringing agents along to join the company all while keeping the needs of our buying and selling clients the number one priority – there were lots of late nights and plenty of caffeine!” said Tom Rich. “This is nice recognition but we are most proud of being named RE/MAX of Michigan’s Best New Franchise for 2012 because that acknowledged the hard work of all of our agents and administrators, added Tracie.”

RE/MAX United is located at the corner of Courtland & N Monroe in downtown Rockford and services all of the surrounding area as a listing and buyer representation brokerage for residential property.
