Preprinted insert rates

• Basic Rate $45.00 per 1000 inserts
  12 or more weeks per year ……….$40.00 per 1000 inserts
  40 or more weeks per year ……….$37.50 per 1000 inserts
• Zoned distribution of inserts is available by postal carrier route with a minimum of 4000 inserts. For zoned distribution, add $5.00 per 1000 inserts to above rates.
