Weddings — February 18, 2010
Jones-Krueger
The wedding of Lisa Krueger and David Jones took place on September 18, 2009 at the Berrien Hills Golf Club in Benton Harbor, Mich.
Lisa, the daughter of Andrew and Nadine Krueger of Rockford, is a 2003 graduate of Rockford High School and a 2008 graduate of Central Michigan University. She is employed by Abercrombie and Fitch as a visual manager.
David, the son of Jerry and Deborah Jones of St. Joseph, is a 2002 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 2007 graduate of Central Michigan University. He is employed by Olympia Entertainment as assistant building manager at the Joe Louis Arena.
Maid of honor was Amy Krueger. Bridesmaids were Ali Betcher and Audrey Trimpe. Best man was Justin Jones. Groomsmen were Chris McKisson, Michael Tompkins and George Kirby. Ushers were William Chickering and Matthew Van Dyken with guitarist Tyler Maxon.
The couple honeymooned in Turks and Caicos and currently reside in Farmington Hills, Mich.

Rigney-Dodd
Anna Kathleen “Kassi” Dodd and Jacob Thomas Rigney were married on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2009, in Indianapolis, Ind. The civil ceremony was performed by Judge Michelle Scott.
Kassi is the daughter of the late Howard and Donna Dodd of Rockford. She received her doctorate in jurisprudence from Southern Illinois University in 2004.
Jacob is the son of Jamie and Joseph Rigney of Rushville, Ind. He received his doctorate in jurisprudence from Indiana University Bloomington in 2002.
Kassi and Jake met while working as Marion County Indiana deputy prosecutors. The couple is currently residing on the northeast side of Indianapolis.

Mette-Mazur
John Patrick Mette and Amanda Suzanne Mazur were united in marriage on October 17, 2009, at North Park Presbyterian Church in Grand Rapids.
John is the son of Dr. Robert and Kimberly Mette of Belmont. He is a 2002 graduate of Rockford High School, a 2004 graduate of Grand Rapids Community College, and a 2009 graduate of Ferris State University. He is employed by Rockford Community Schools and MVP Sports.
Amanda is the daughter of Scott Mazur of Rockford and Mary Jo and Kent Schmuck of Rockford. She is a 2004 graduate of Rockford High School and is employed by Tender Loving Care Daycare.
The bride was attended by maid of honor Liana Mazur and bridesmaids Katie Cooper, Jessica Robertson, Anna Price, Erin Mette and junior bridesmaid Maria Price. The groom was attended by best man Mike Mette and groomsmen Mike Morrissey, Dean Nesbitt, Nick Ringelberg, Scott Mazur and junior groomsman Bryan Bigelow. Ushers were Billy Fegel, Charlie Price and Nick Moore. Ring bearer was Jack Fegel.
The couple honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico, and now reside in Rockford.

Plank-Dombrowski
Johnathan William Plank and Lindsay Renee Dombrowski were united in marriage on July 11, 2009, at Ballard Church of Christ in Sparta.
Johnathan is the son of Tim and Connie Plank of Rockford. He is a 2004 graduate of Northview High School, is employed by One Stop Screen Printing in Walker and is a student at Baker College in Muskegon, studying aviation management.
Lindsay is the daughter of Mike and Pam Dombrowski of Rockford. She is a 2006 graduate of Rockford High School.
The bride was attended by maid of honor Stephanie Dombrowski and bridesmaids Katie Dombrowski and Rochelle Korcal. The groom was attended by best man Jason White and groomsmen Timothy J. Plank and Steven Zykolwski, who is one of Rockford’s newest firemen.
The wedding ceremony was officiated by the groom’s father, Timothy Plank. The couple honeymooned in Mackinaw and now reside in Comstock Park.

Gillen-Koch
Jennifer Koch and Joseph Gillen were united in marriage at Wesley United Methodist Church on May 9, 2009.
The bride is the daughter of Bob and Sue Koch of Rockford. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Illinois and is currently employed by Carle Clinic.
The groom is the son of Phil and Sue Gillen of Lincoln, Ill. He is also a 2008 graduate of the University of Illlinois and currently employed by Carle Clinic.
Maid of honor was Tracy Turner. Bridesmaids were Christine Lesicko, Katy Grant and Laura Gillen.
Best man was Brennan Simpson. Groomsmen were Peter Gillen, Bob Koch and Seth Koch.
The couple honeymooned in Manzanillo, Mexico, and reside in Urbana, Ill.
Hentig – Quick
Julie C. Quick and Jamie T. Hentig were united in marriage on Feb. 4 2009 in Rockford where a double ring ceremony was performed.
The bride is the daughter of Allen Quick of Rockford and Sandra Murdoch of Cedar Springs.
The groom is the son of James and Patricia Hentig of Rockford.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her sister-in-law Michelle Murdoch as Matron of Honor. Bryan Gray of Grandville was the Best Man. Nadette Murdoch, the brides niece, was the Flower Girl, dropping rose pedals.
A reception was held at the One Eleven Grill downtown Rockford.
The bride is a graduate of Cedar Springs High School, and plans to continue persusing her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Torism Managment at an International University in Italy.
The groom is a Rockford High School Graduate and is currently serving in the US Army with the 173d Airborne Brigade Combat Medic Team at Camp Caserma Edele. 1/503 PIR
The newlyweds reside in Vicenza, Italy.
