RHS student accepted at world-renowned music conservatory

Success is no stranger to Rockford High School senior George Goad, as indicated by his recent full-scholarship acceptance into the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia. George is first chair trumpet in Rockford High School’s wind ensemble as well as first chair trumpet in the MSBOA All-State Orchestra. In addition to his musical talents, George carries a 4.1 GPA and is a four-year varsity athlete.
