Rockford Lions held their election of officers at their annual picnic at the Fred and Lois Hallstedt residence July 16. Dr. Chad Jackson, incoming president for 2011-2012, presented the Past President Award to Paul Krupp, 2010-2011, for his successful leadership. Rockford Lions Club was chartered March 1954.
