Scottville Clowns celebrate with Rockford Mayor

MAYORAL MOMENT—Rockford’s Mayor Steve Jazwiec receives some lovin’ from members of the Scottville Clown Band during the Start of Summer Celebration. In addition to being mayor, Jazwiec was also celebrating his birthday on Saturday, June 11. According to Mayor Jazwiec, it was his 40th birthday.

The class known as “that class,” because it was such an unusually large group of graduates, celebrates its 50th high school graduation anniversary.
