Tuesdays, through November 2 Pajama Storytime—6:30 p.m. at Krause Memorial Library, 140 E. Bridge St., Rockford. For families who can’t come to the library during the day. Pajama Storytime offers an evening of stories and fun. Bring your teddy bear or other snuggly friend; pajamas optional. For children ages 3 to 6.  Wednesdays, through November 3 Toddler Time—10 to 11 a.m. at Krause Memorial Library, 140 E. Bridge St., Rockford. Nurture your toddler’s love of books through music, movement and stories while helping to develop his or her language, motor and social skills. For children ages 3 and under with a caregiver.  Saturday, October 23 Bailey’s Doggie Dash—9 a.m. at Wabasis Park. This 5K run/walk for owners and their dogs is a benefit for the Kent County Parks Foundation. Topics will include how the financial aid process works, important dates to remember, and specific instructions and tips on filling out the FAFSA.
