Rockford man is co-creator of top 10 ArtPrize entry receiving national media attention

Pinstripes and Polka Dots reopens in Rockford

Tracy McKay, owner of Pinstripes and Polka Dots, is back for round two with her children’s clothing and furnishing consignment store. The shop is now located at 120 Courtland, across from Cinco de Mayo. McKay is pictured in front of a hand-made display rack which is an actual birch tree.
