Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land reminds residents that Monday, April 5 is the last day to register to vote for the May 4 election. “You can register to vote by stopping by your Secretary of State branch office or your local clerk’s office,” said Land, the state’s chief election officer. “It’s fast and easy. By taking this simple step, you have the opportunity to make your voice heard at the ballot box on Election Day.” To register, applicants must be at least 18 years-old by Election Day and be a U.S. citizen.
