Dunn Mr. Vernon Dunn, age 91, of Rockford passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 7, 2009, while working in his barn. Vernon grew up on the Dunn farm (on 13 Mile Road) and helped his parents Chester and Anna with the farm duties. When their family home burned, they lived in a tent on the farm. [...]
